So we ordered Mojitos, and this is What they put in our drinks, the mint leaf was rotten and disgusting , it was not only one leaf my drink was a full of it.
Also, we ordered the calamari tacos, and the shrimp ceviche and we couldn’t eat them because they were exaggeratedly salty!!!
Horrible Experience
I came in last night with my husband and we had such a great experience! I ordered the strawberry jalapeño margarita and he got the house margarita—both were fantastic. He especially loved the salt foam! Our server was super friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. The outdoor misters were such a nice touch and definitely helped with the heat. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
Macy was great, super personable. The ambience on the patio with the mist fans was just right. Coming back for sure 👍!!!
5 stars Service, food, and atmosphere. Fresh, Quality ingredients. Loved the staff
Reforma was next to my hotel so I ventured over for dinner. Christie, the manager, greeted me immediately with a smile and sat me at the bar as requested. Myra was the bartender...she was great and service was excellent. I ordered Chicken tinga flatuas...amazing. mind blown. Guacamole... delicious. Knew I would return today.
Once again welcomed in immediately by Christie. Jason was bartending. His knowledge on tequilas and ability to match the flavor profile i was seeking was phenomenal. So food day 2. Pork belly tacos and Calamari tacos...heavenly. seriously amazing.
A top rated restaurant experience
Incredible barrel aged Margaritas!
My wife and I visited June 16th around 8:30 and sat at the bar. The carnitas tacos were amazing. Wash them down with a dragoon IPA and mango margarita mock-tail.... everything was great thanks!!!
The place was empty, dark and gloomy. Yet, we still waited 45mins to be seated. Service was mediocre, for an empty place, I had to ask for water refills. Plenty of servers in the restaurant, rolling utensils in napkins, so they weren’t short staffed. The food did come out very quickly. Overall, I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place.
I really wanted to fall in love with this place, but I've decided it's just not going to happen.
The atmosphere and ambiance are nice. The large open areas make it seem a little generic, like they cater to big parties, but it's still has a somewhat cozy feel. I'd love to see it broken up with booths for some intimacy. The service is always decent/good, but never stellar.
My main complaint is against the food. We've eaten there quite a few times, and we both always leave wondering why we returned in the first time. It's as though we know we're never going to experience something great. The dishes always look fantastic when they arrive. Portion sizes are usually good and everything is colorful and garnished well, but it always goes south from there. The food has no soul. It's often cold and bland. The texture doesn't seem to match what I've experienced with living in AZ for 40+ years. The food doesn't resemble that of the other restaurants in the region that most of us are familiar with. It feels artificial to me.
If I were the owners/management, I'd start from over from scratch with the menu. Just having authentic refried beans, rice, and salsa would be huge. Next, replace the dishes that aren't selling well with completely authentic basic staples.

We stopped here for a quick late lunch, and were really surprised by the quality and size of the servings! We got the tropical guacamole, which was amazing and each one of us had a burrito. I took half of my burrito home as it was too large to eat in one sitting. I had a burrito with a pork that was seasoned with orange and cinnamon, and it was delicious.!

Nachos were GREAT (chicken tinga) I go here mainly for the fun margarita flavors they have flights. But oh my gosh, they were rotted! Our server was very kind and remade them but even when we brought it to her attention, oddly enough she knew the problem was that they were too sour (like others had returned them). My guests and I ended up just getting horchata but the margaritas made us gag. Very disappointing but again our server tried and was amazing

Burrito was loaded down inside and out with sour cream when it didn’t say anything about sour cream

The food here was pretty good! I definitely recommend it over the other options in the square. Nothing crazy food wise that we tried this time, they were extremely friendly with food restrictions though. The service was incredible and overall, we had a great time!
Dietary restrictions: The staff was super accommodating. Would definitely come again and try something else, knowing that they were willing and able to make changes as needed for my allergies!

An all-time favourite. I come here lots with my mum and my mates. The chicken tinga flautas, the nachos (though I miss the crispy tofu topping), and the quesadilla are brilliant. The staff are so kind! And the happy hour is a must.

Great experience over at Reforma last night. Started with the very welcoming reception by our hostess, followed by prompt, friendly and professional service by our server Cailey, and manager Mark helping us out with a heater, and some fun conversation. Our food was delivered promptly and was delicious. We will return.
