Too bad my husband ind I saw this advertised as a good buffet then not open at dinner time well if we ever decided to try it goofily it’s open other wise nope.

Food wasnt all there.. pretty bland of taste. Service wasnt all ther either and prices was a little hight for the little buffet it has..

I've been here about a half dozen times over the past couple of years and they have flat-out sucked every time. The birria and red menudo are the only things that made going there marginally worthwhile, but after my last visit this past week I am done with these people. First time I've ever encountered cold food on any buffet bar, their house salsas are bland and many offerings are made with boiled/mashed potato paste. You should only go here to: 1) make yourself really sad remembering how freaking awesome Rigo's used to be before Covid forced them to shut down, 2) if you'd like to know that On The Border really isn't as bad as Mexican food can get, or 3) if you're a weird culinary masochist who likes to torture yourself with shitty food. That said, I wish Crossroads would hurry up and reopen sometime soon because this place makes a mockery of Mexican food.

I am currently sitting in the restaurant right now, and the staff is too busy gossiping!!! My family and I are waiting for drinks,its well over half an hour!!! Our dishes are piled up on the table!!! I wish I could post a video!!! Horrible customer service 😑

Hello this was my first time there and last the buffet food was cold. They had very little breakfast food no eggs, chorizo,ham,bacon, pancakes,etc.all I could say is that the red menudo was ok .drinks are also limited Music was very loud that you couldn't talk to each other.as I was eating my chiliquia I choked on plastic that was in my plate we notify the waitress which she said she told management that they were gonna give us discount well that didn't happen I will never go back

I miss Rigos ): friendly service but takes forever to get a refill. Buffet is decent but all the tacos are with potatoes. I love the birria & menudo bar.
