This is the best Birria I’ve had in a long time… if you remember Alfonso’s on 6th, it’s like that!! The salsas are really, really spicy so be careful. I love hot stuff and it was a bit too hot for me! But I still liked it!
The birria and cabeza are great, but it's not like it's difficult to find great birria or cabeza in Tucson. IMO there are a couple of things that set La Vaca apart from the pack:- Bomb corn tortillas. There are a few other places in town that have a reputation for great corn tortillas, and El Corral de la Vaca should really be one of them.
