I was finally able to get my hands on delicious empanadas with arepas de pabellón. It was honestly so delicious and nostalgic in a way. I’m excited to try the cachapa next time I’m there 😍

This past Saturday we tried the Venezuelan Food Truck. I have lived in Caracas, Venezuela and I was familiar with what was offered in the truck.
The service was amazing and the food delicious and very tasteful.
Highly recommend. Arriba Venezuela! 🇻🇪

Delicious arepas.
I don’t eat meat and usually the veg option at trucks that do not specialize in veg/vegan food is just so so.
I just had the veggie arepa and it was so full of flavor. I have no idea what they marinade the vegetables in but it’s so nice to have a veg meal that isn’t an afterthought.
My husband had the machada arepa and was similarly impressed.
I would love to have another but I’m full :)
