Lack of flavors and empty bins in the freezer. Lack of seating inside and outside. Service was good enough to bring them up to two stars. This place has been here since the early 90s. It is sad to see it going downhill.
This was my first time at cold stone ever and it was a great experience, the lady who took our order was so polite and friendly, and let us take our time looking at the menu and was so helpful with topping recommendations, really nice clean store too and our order was ready in less than 2 minutes, I didn't get her name but she had light brown hair and 5/5 customer service, I plan on coming back whenever I feel like getting a sweet treat, I ordered the strawberry milkshake and...read full review
The ice cream was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. They are also very dog friendly and gave my dog some whipped cream which I really appreciated.
