Hi, I just wanted to say Natalia had amazing service and wanted to applaud her for dealing with the her coworker. The other girl there refused to give her names after making multiple rude comments, purposely skipped over us in line, and then refused to give her name! Her name tag said idk and when I asked for it she said she doesn’t give her name out and basically stood over Natalia to make sure she didn’t give it to me. Couldn’t even tip cause I refuse to tip a rude girl that basically pressured her coworker to not even give me her name. LOVED Natalia and the other dog looking chick needs to be fired!

Natalia was so sweet but whoever she was working with was outstandingly rude her name tag said “idk” she made a rude comment when we walked in, skipped over us in line, walked away mid convo when we asked a question she was absolutely rude, I applaud natalia for dealing with that and she should not have to repeatedly apologize to us for her coworkers actions

The ice cream I got in my last few visits were all completely melted because they don't wanna take the time to mix the ice cream on the stone till it hardens. Asking for a tip after charging $10 for literal soup is absurd.

If I could give zero stars - I would. This place needs to be shut down, especially looking at older reviews that show that our experience tonight wasn't an anomaly.We went in just before 8 pm, but they don't close until 11 pm. They had only about half the flavors available. Those that were available were so soft, they're a step away from just being flavored milk. One dish we were served was extremely soupy the minute it was handed to us. The rest of ours were all soupy before we could even eat it, which is unheard of with my experience with Coldstone. Yes, ice cream will melt a little, but it shouldn't be so soupy within 5 minutes of serving. If they're not keeping their freezer at the proper temperature, which seems like it'd be a health and safety hazard!Not only that, but one of my family members ordered the cookie dough signature creation. Apparently they didn't have the cookie dough ice cream, but didn't even mention it to him - they just substituted the ice cream for another without a word. Then they acted bothered when he mentioned it. Both members of the staff tonight were absolutely miserable to interact with- as if we bothered them by simply having them do their jobs. When we brought up the issues, they acted like nothing was wrong and that's "just how it is". They offered a remake, but theres no point in remaking when the ice cream in the 'freezer' is all soft and would have the same results! We watched three other groups walk out without buying after noticing the lack of flavors and half melted choices in the freezer chest.To spend $50+ on ice cream for all my family members and have it be such a terrible turn out is beyond frustrating and disappointing. Do not go to this coldstone - either go to the Screamery or Baskin Robbins down the street or to the Cold Stone up by the Tucson Mall.

Ordered a mint chip ice cream cake that feeds 14 people, 28 hours ahead of time, showed the lady exactly which cake we wanted from the freezer and paid. When we went to pick up the cake Marina comes out with a totally different cake, smaller then what I ordered and basically tells us that’s the only option. I ask for a manager, go figure she’s the manager ??♀️she never once apologized but just had this annoying smirk on her face and then offers 50% off but that is besides the point we’re not getting the cake we specifically asked for! I do not recommend this location. Take your money elsewhere. The service sucks! & on top of that the AC is out in the building. Disgustingly hot.

Cashier was super rude and sighed to my face when I asked them to break down a bill in 10s, and when I first ordered the dude who was taking orders completely ignored me when I before certain people and was about to take their orders first when someone else spoke up for me before I could. The server making the ice cream also just gave me a shake cup caked in chocolate and when he was cleaning it the cashier was whispering in his ear something about the customers.Listen we all have rough days but this was just not ok.

Visited this cold stone creamery during a summer evening (being a visitor to Tucson). It offers good range of ice cream ? ? flavours. The only downside part, it really has limited space to sit out. Otherwise, it’s good.
