This was my first time at cold stone ever and it was a great experience, the lady who took our order was so polite and friendly, and let us take our time looking at the menu and was so helpful with topping recommendations, really nice clean store too and our order was ready in less than 2 minutes, I didn't get her name but she had light brown hair and 5/5 customer service, I plan on coming back whenever I feel like getting a sweet treat, I ordered the strawberry milkshake...

We came in around 3 and there was only one girl working, we had to wait a bit for our Grubhub order because there was a long line of people but she served them all with a smile on her face and was super friendly the whole time! It was a great experience.

My most favorite thing about the ice cream is the texture. It also does have a good taste.What I did not like is that when I ordered a cookie dough ice cream it only came with vanilla ice cream. To get cookie dough you have to pay more money for a side. It should come on with cookie dough if ordered cookie dough.
