I took my Granddaughter as we both love the Gelati. She tried the Monthly special, watermelon and she absolutely loved it. She had to take a picture of it because it was so pretty and pink.Parking: Handicap right in front as well as non too.

First time here was the first of spring where they do a free small Italian ice.Employee has beyond friendly and engaging with my children. You have a keeper with him.Facility was super clean, and new. Italian ice were so much better compared to the others in Tucson!Only “complaint” would be the sugar free flavors they have one, which I get but I like my variety! AhaWill be back

Tammy was the BEST! Literally spent so much time answering all our questions and gave us so many samples. Definitely an asset to the business.
Ordered a custard with two toppings and they were out of one of those. When it was being made we were surprised to see the topping were going on top as we assumed (perhaps wrongly) that they would be mixed in. Before he was done making it we asked if they could be blend it together and he said they couldn't. We suggest they just put what was already made into a different cup so it could be blended and he said they couldn't do that. Also, I ordered a large and a large wasn't really all that large and the toppings were sparingly put on. Not worth the $7+ and unless someone can convince us this was an unusual experience we don't plan on going back.

Went here after a rude and terrible experience at sonic and was greeted by the sweetest women Tammy. She immediately gave us a run down on what was offered and was very nice and helpful the entire time. She definitely cares about her job and is great at costumer service. Whoever the manager is needs to know that Tammy is a great worker and definitely deserves a raise in my opinion. Definitely will go back many times and will be sharing this great experience. Thanks so much Tammy hope you get properly recognized!!!!

Absolutely incredible, you must go!! Highly recommend the mango ice mixed with vanilla custard in a shake. Owner was such a nice guy and gave us a great run down. I never write reviews but this place deserved one it was just that good!

First time I tried this place was in Campbell, CA I was driving around Tucson and found it again!!! What a great experience I got to try those amazing flavors!!! The guy that took our order was so nice, great costumer service and the place so clean and colorful!
