It was a wonderful experience at Rita’s starting with being greeted as we walked in to the place.

What a delight that this is a kosher establishment!

I had the Italian ice cotton candy, which was everything I hoped it would be, and my husband had a delicious chocolate custard!

The place was neat and clean, the bathrooms were nice.

The service was great! I like how they explain the ices and the custards...

I took my Granddaughter as we both love the Gelati. She tried the Monthly special, watermelon and she absolutely loved it. She had to take a picture of it because it was so pretty and pink.

Parking: Handicap right in front as well as non too.

First time here was the first of spring where they do a free small Italian ice.
Employee has beyond friendly and engaging with my children. You have a keeper with him.

Facility was super clean, and new. Italian ice were so much better compared to the others in Tucson!

Only “complaint” would be the sugar free flavors they have one, which I get but I like my variety! Aha

Will be back
