I liked Rollies! Had the Birria Rollies with beans and rice. Everything was delicious. The salsa they brought out with it was roasty and mild, very good flavor. I can't wait to go back and try some more of the menu!

Straight up hole in the wall that is very well kept and clean, with totally excellent food and great service. My kind of place! Feels like being on the Mexican coast. I should have got a beer instead of soda to complete the experience.

This is my favorite restaurant in Tucson hands down. It's got a great atmosphere with music playing and great seating options. Their birria is amazing whether in taco or pizza form. They have a great sauce called their 'Rollies sauce' that I put on everything. Every time I've been here I've been blown away with how delicious it is.
