Brisket

Brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight.

Moist Brisket

Moist brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight. Moist is marbled with fat.

Rudy's Chopped

Chopped up Brisket cooked with our Rudy's Original Bar-B-Q "Sause."

Pork Ribs

About 4-6 Ribs per pound. Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them. They are seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.

Baby Back Ribs

About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.

Pork Loin

Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.

Pulled Pork

Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.

Turkey

Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.

1/2 Chicken

A 3 pound chicken, rubbed with salad dressing and seasoned with Rudy's Rub which is then smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served on the bone with each half cut into four pieces.

Whole Regular Sausage

A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork. A whole sausage is cut into 4 pieces and weighs about half a pound.

1/2 Regular Sausage

Half of our German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork. A half sausage is cut into 2 pieces and weighs about a quarter pound.

Whole Jalapeño Sausage

Corn on the Cob

Grade A corn on the cob, served with or without melted butter.

Red potatoes boiled in salt water and served with or without melted butter.

Green Chile Stew

Nice place, good food. Great if you like to dig in your food with your hands, otherwise this ain't your place. Moist brisket and the turkey where my favorite. The pulled pork was ok, not your tipical flavor, tasted nice with their barbeque sauce, both of them. Baby back ribs where good, needed a bit of flavor, but the sauces where perfect for them. The corn on the cob was ok, the corn cream was really good. The jalapeño sausage was tasty, but go for the brisket and the tuekey....

Look I love Rudy’s

It usually is so good and so consistent, but this place struggles with consistency. Recently my buddy and I came and to moist brisket and it was anything but moist. I really do love Rudy’s I just wish they would get better with their quality of food. Prices are at least dedent so there is that

First time visiting and the counter clerk was very happy to help us understand the menu and how ordering worked. Everything is a la carte and the meat comes in 1/2 lb amounts. Spent $90+ for a family of 4. Great BBQ but pretty pricey for an entirely self-service establishment.
