I ordered delivery on Grubhub and when I went to call about my late order, they repeatedly ignored the phone call. The voice prompts you to leave a message but their mailbox is full because they do not respond to calls. No updates on the Grubhub app from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not allergen friendly:Wish I can I say this place is decent, however after placing my order I specifically ordered no rice due to my allergic reaction with reason, rather, to be substituted with either beans or chicken. However, what I received was it had plenty of rice, astonishingly less meat and beans and I had to call Sabor to request a refund. It's not a bad place, but to make a mistake like that, it would alert me and others if the restaurant does not have measures to pay attention to food allergies.

I got an extra meat burrito and I took my burrito apart and there was only like 7 pieces of meat in there! The rice is not tomato rice because its white and they out the salsa on top of the burrito which defeats the purpose because you can't eat it with your hands! A waste of 12 dollars!

Horrible place don't waste your money. I ate here on the first day of school and the chicken was absolutely disgusting, you could easily tell it was from the day before or maybe even a couple days before. The flavor was gross and it was hard. I ordered the burrito bowl, it barely had any food at all. The rice had no flavor and the lettuce was really nasty. Everything was really nasty. Not to mention they took about 20 minutes to bring me my food. And the staff was extremely rude, they were all moody. But I thought okay, whatever. Maybe it's because it's the first day of school and they're really busy. So I decided to give it a second chance today and it was even worse. Staff was all moody again and the food was disgusting. I ordered an enchilada, which wasn't gonna be that expensive but then they trick you by asking if you'd like guacamole and sour cream which totals $2.50 extra. So I ended up paying $10.50. I got my food, tried it and IT WAS FROZEN. Like not even just cold or not as warm, literally frozen. The inside of the enchilada was frozen. I was very disgusted. The rice had no flavor at all either and was soggy. I was so disgusted at everything, I only took 2 bites and threw it away. And I couldn't go tell them either because they're always in a bad mood. So I basically threw $10.50 in the trash. Don't spend your money here, they are rude and their food is very gross. Like if you're gonna make it that expensive for such little servings, why not make an effort to do it good and wait for it to cook all the way lmao. I think this might me the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to. Don't spend your money. This restaurant should be replaced with a chipotle instead!
