I like to go to Sabor because it's consistently less crowded than other eateries in the main UA "food court" area.I often eat the carne asada burrito, but I'm not sure why. As my photos show, the burrito is made in a way that you can't really grab it and eat it with your hands. Because the burrito is smothered in a way that you just have to use a fork and knife, unless you want to get your hands super messy. Maybe I'm just too accustomed to eating...
Decent Mexican and/or TexMex food on the U of A campus. Accepts CatCash and meal plans as well as cash and credit. As campus dining goes, it's one of the best. There are some relatively nutritious choices here, if careful selections are made, but as a rule it's still pretty heavy on the fats and carbs. For quality, flavor and authenticity, it beats the heck out of Taco Bell, and is usually about as quick. Recycling and compost options are a plus! If I could award half-stars,...

Well, it tastes bad (extremely bland in particular), but(!) it tastes healthy.. And for that I will revisit.
And they seemed to give quite a bit of meat, maybe it's because I went in between meal times
