I'm puzzled by the comments about rude staff. Not once in four years has that been my experience. On the contrary, I have seen nothing but friendly and courteous employees at this location. One complaint is digital coupons though - too many glitches so I don't bother with them anymore.

Never fails. Safeway advertises AMAZING PRICES which I almost always find means they don't have the stock they advertised, and if you arranged for a pickup order, they will sub regular-priced items and charge the higher price, or the advertised price will suddenly not be in the system at checkout, or, you will have to HAGGLE ON EVERY SINGLE ITEM to get the advertised price. You miss any, you get charged the higher price. I am DONE WITH SAFEWAY. Today, picked up 3 dozen eggs for $4 and 10 packages of pasta for $5. Could not get my app to load in the store, not on their wi-fi and not with my cell carrier. Guess what? You don't have access to the app, you don't have access to the AMAZING prices. I just paid for the milk and left just with that. I am tired of being jerked around. Going somewhere that does not employ bait-and-switch bs tactics. Wasted my time.

Staff is very rude. When my sister was talking to them trying to explain something the just got up and walked away in the middle of the conversation and walked away.

Amazing customer service from the lady watching the self check out line just now. She is young, I didn't catch her name.She was so polite so nice so helpful. I was standing in line and there were two open self checkouts but there were peoples carts blocking the way and she was able to come assist and politely move them for me so I can move forward. And she was polite enough to take my cart and correct a discount on the screen for me that pulled up incorrect. She was so polite great customer service very helpful, she is the reason I'll come back. Although the Starbucks employees were on their phone when I walked up. They didn't acknowledge me when I was standing there staring at her. When my order was ready they didn't even tell me and I was standing right in front of her.

Do not purchase coffee from Starbucks. They do not wash their hands after using the restroom. They are rude, condescending, and like to argue with customers. They throw rocks then hide their hands.Managers do not reprimand employees when they treat loyal customers rude.This is the second time that this girl made a shitty Starbucks drink. It was a literal waste money.

So, this is my neighborhood store. We have a Fry's but I much prefer the Safeway. As they are small, they don't have the selections you can get at Fry's. However, the service is far superior to Fry's and the people are always great. So this is where I do most of my shopping. If you can't find something or want something special, they will get it for you. Especially in the meat/seafood market. The people at Fry's are rude and don't care about you as a customer. And you have to dodge all the click shoppers with their large carts. And they will hit you. So stick to the Safeway's much better place.

Kind of just a weird vibe and dirty BUT they did have both of the two different ice cream brands and candy brand that we wanted that Walmart didn't have any of!
