Samurai Sombrero Reviews
Samurai Sombrero is Tucson on a plate where sushi meets Sonoran soul. Gabby and Chuy have taken the precision of traditional sushi, added a dash of desert spice, and created rolls that are as vibrant as any place. I’ve eaten sushi. Fresh, bold, and utterly addictive, its a fusion you’ll crave long after the last bite. We will be back!

Samurai Sombrero is a lively eatery located inside American Eat Co., offering a menu that is different from traditional sushi. The Samurai Roll remains a popular choice, and the Edamame is a tasty complimentary treat. The restaurant is owned by a generous local family who work hard to provide delicious sushi. Many reviews highlight the fresh, flavorful ingredients and the perfect rice-to-filling ratio in the rolls. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially for those with food allergies, and they even teach customers how to make chopstick holders for kids. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, making it a great spot for families. The food court setting features a variety of other food options, including a bar, and has a small arcade section for kids. Parking can be challenging, so visiting during less busy times like mid-day is recommended. The restaurant offers a designated vegan menu, and all food is made to order, allowing for easy accommodation of dietary restrictions. Overall, Samurai Sombrero provides a flavorful and enjoyable dining experience, with some reviews praising it as the best sushi in Tucson and highlighting the adorable plates shaped like small boats.
