Awesome restaurant, great food for decent prices. Definitely recommend. Nothing beats the teriyaki and rice. The chefs are great

Lady at the counter was rude though. After waiting in line, lady sent me to the back of the line. When I got to the front I accidentally tried to give a chef my order, when I was supposed to give her the order instead. She told me that was not the line to order and sent me to the back of the line and started to attend someone else....

I ordered threw door dash for dinner and if you do dont order extra chicken or beef you will get way over charged for extra noodles and I hate to say it because I love this chain but won't be ordering from this location again if im going to get ripped off

We were so surprised at how good the food was here! I rarely eat mall food but we needed a bite before the movie and choose Sarku. Good fast service, big portions, reasonable prices and very tasty food! The reason I only gave them 3 stars? They charged me 1.99 for a 16oz bottle of costco water! You know, the kind thats $4 a case? I'm always amazed when a good company does something so petty to offset a good experience and leave a bad taste in my mouth
