It was a good experience. The cashier was very informative, but as we ordered our drinks, we waited for them and realized we were missing one. The cashier said oh I'm sorry, we forgot to add this one. So we had yo go back to the cashier and pay for what we thought we already paid for. There were four drinks in total. With that said, it was a good experience other than that.

Always something going on with this location! Tried 4 times now to give the benefit of the doubt but they just can’t get it together. System down two times in a row, only cash accepted. The next time they were out of mangos, strawberry, ginger, blueberries, kale and banana. Leaves you with very little options! This time there’s only 2 cars in front of me, haven’t moved an inch and have been sitting here for 23 minutes. May commit to a different location or tropical cafe down the road, save your time!

Visited yesterday afternoon, wasn’t greeted until maybe 5 minutes after standing there when we were only ones there. Seems like every time I go to this location it takes about 20 minutes until our drink was given to us. 1 drink.All the cashiers are genuinely pretty passive aggressive & rude even though it’s always someone different every time. They won’t hire you unless you have that attitude (LOL)Jordan (short lady brown long hair) yelled at me yesterday. I could look past standing in line for 25 minutes for 1 smoothie every time… but that was the last straw for this business not going to anymore. I’m going to try out that new place Tropical Smoothie instead. No body wants to continue going to places where the employees are rude and look miserable pretty much ruining your day and bully you, all for a smoothie haha..Too bad their smoothies are actually good. Oh well! 0 stars if I could.-EDIT- THANK YOU SMOOTHIE KING FOR PROVIDING ME A RESPONSE AND INVALID EMAIL. Once again. NO HELP. SCAMMY

I pulled up and they areOut of banana, blueberries and an assortment of other thingsOn the menu. The 19-year-old manager told me that she had a busy week last week so they didn’t have stuffI appreciate the response. I understand it must be difficult to keep items that can go bad like fruit. I don’t t want a free smoothie or a gift card. If I was the owner I would be a little concerned. They were out of several items.

Their deliveries are slow in the mornings because they keep the lobby doors locked even when the drive thru line is long.

Went to this location on a Friday for the “free upsize”. I purchased a smoothie that showed it was $6.39 + tax. I got to the window and was told my total was $8.90 for a 32 oz (20oz price?). I was super confused by that because in the past my total should have been around $7.00 not almost $9. The employee I spoke with was super rude and the manager just ignored me. I came inside where I was told that my drink was actually $6.79 and that the menu was wrong. This employee then jumped in to say “nobody else has complained about the prices”. I guess taking an additional .40¢ from customers and charging them incorrectly is just standard practice for smoothie king.I won’t be a customer of smoothie king again after this experience and previous poor experiences. Maybe put a freaking sign somewhere stating that drinks are going to be more.

I went thru drive thru. Customer service was awful. I ended up leaving without my drinks. I contacted corporate about the terrible experience. They refused to take my order because it was for an order of 11 smoothies. They said they didn't have enough staff and product but then they told me that if I ordered it online they'd do it. Makes no sense whatsoever. My first time there and definitely my last time.

The staff needs to be re-trained on smoothie recipes or the recipes need to be printed in front of blenders. Every single time I order a specific smoothie it’s either inedible due to copious amounts of added sugar (which is not in my selected smoothies ingredients) or they’ve added a random ingredient. Today I ordered a strawberry mango pure recharge and ended up with a milky, extremely sweet strawberry banana situation (and I’m slightly allergic to bananas) so now my throat is itchy .And if you ordered directly through the store, good luck getting a refund. I’ve had to drive back twice on one occasion and they turned me away saying “that’s how we make it” it was sweeter than anything I’ve ever tasted. Very interesting business practices for a health food company.

The worst place!! I drove into the drive-through that it will be fast! Waiting in the car for 25mins! I don’t recommend this place at all! This happen 4 times!

Awful service, didn’t get my order right for what I even ended up receiving. Ordered a drink and a bowl, bowl was still frozen (which I was told after 20 minutes waiting by the window). Asked to pull forward into the lot in front ofThe store just to wait another 30 minutes without anybody coming by with anything. Oh and I didn’t even receive a straw for my smoothie. This place needs major work.

Put my order in on their site at 2:00pm. I got to the store at 2:15. Hadn't been made. The people behind me were served first with their smoothies too. I hadn't touched my smoothie until 2:45pm. An it was bitter an nothing like I ordered. They remade it and it was the exact same. Very disappointed and frustrated waiting an hour on a 15$ smoothie. Me and my girlfriend love this place but after today I'm not sure we'll be coming back
