Always something going on with this location! Tried 4 times now to give the benefit of the doubt but they just can’t get it together. System down two times in a row, only cash accepted. The next time they were out of mangos, strawberry, ginger, blueberries, kale and banana. Leaves you with very little options! This time there’s only 2 cars in front of me, haven’t moved an inch and have been sitting here for 23 minutes. May commit to a different location or tropical cafe...read full review
I pulled up and they areOut of banana, blueberries and an assortment of other thingsOn the menu. The 19-year-old manager told me that she had a busy week last week so they didn’t have stuffI appreciate the response. I understand it must be difficult to keep items that can go bad like fruit. I don’t t want a free smoothie or a gift card. If I was the owner I would be a little concerned. They were out of several items.

It was a good experience. The cashier was very informative, but as we ordered our drinks, we waited for them and realized we were missing one. The cashier said oh I'm sorry, we forgot to add this one. So we had yo go back to the cashier and pay for what we thought we already paid for. There were four drinks in total. With that said, it was a good experience other than that.
