The mocha frappuccino at this location has a great balance of flavor. It's always busy but it doesn't effect the wait time or the attitude of the employees. I would recommend this place
The staff are very friendly and kind. I liked being able to sit and have my drink while catching up in conversation with a friend. It's quiet.
Parking: The parking right in front fills fast, but there's other parking a little further, not too far just walking distance.
Kid-friendliness: They have some cool wall painting of animals. I saw some children come in and get really excited pointing out and naming the animals.

I think they need to work on their team at this location the young man who made my drinks tastes like water. He needs better training than to let himself make your customers go somewhere else. Carmel frappe tasted like just ice no flavor barely tasted coffee. Every other Starbucks is great but I was unhappy with my last visit at this location. Please keep up the good work just step it up.
