For a year of the females inside they have a new policy now about individuals being in the building you have to buy something

Life I got scared I didn’t know about the new policy you don’t buy anything they ask you leave it’s irritating it’s not okay to bother someone else they have had a tough week it’s my own self I really don’t appreciate the disrespect I received last year 2024 before the holidays they’re so expensive

When going to Starbucks as I do ever grocery trip a group of three where working cloud Kendrick and one other I asked a few a questions and when I wasn’t understanding they proceeded to get frustrated and rude when I said never mind they made smart remarks and made me feel like an unwanted costumer so I took my business else where and while walking away I kept hearing them talk bad about me as a paying costumer and saying thanks for you business in a sarcastic manner over and over again due to me working with a high in job with costumer service I do have to say this is the most unprofessional service I have seen in any field I hope next time to be treated with a better experience

Coffee places in side of other stores usually are not trained properly and drinks don't turn out the same
Very bad service asked many time the same thing and STILL got it wrong. Would not recommend
I went to the Starbucks at this Fry’s location and was rudely met by the lady at the cash register. After I recited my order to her, as she asked me to do; she put her finger up as a gesture for me stop. After she continued to struggle on the computer, after what felt like years, she then continues to berate her poor coworker in front of everyone waiting for their coffee. I heard her say “I’m not trying to be rude I’m just trying to make you understand the Starbucks way.” Not once did she lift a finger to help or be of any help to anyone who were patiently waiting for their coffee. She continued to be condescending to the other barista and stood in the corner questioning her every move. You could tell the poor lady was stressed and it made me so angry to see someone who was working so hard be belittled by someone who doesn’t know where the whip cream button is on her own computer system. When I went up to grab my coffee and I quietly told the other barista that I hoped her day got better. I then proceeded to take a sip of my coffee and practically yelled with excitement “THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD FROM THIS STARBUCKS, GOOD JOB!” The rude barista glared at me and I told her to have a good day. After sitting on this all day i decided to write this review. Kindness is free and taking your anger out on others, especially at work, is completely unnecessary.
I wasn't there!!! There are family members I have Nothing to do with that are using my name for Many things including buying things!!!!!!!But I don't want to put down what could look bad for a business, I hear their a popular place!!! So I gave it 5 stars.

The staff seems more interested in their cell phones than orders. In fact, no one called out my name when my drinks were ready. Boooo.
I bought a drink and the lady’s kept messing up my order and they didn’t was their hands after touching money and wiping their sweat off as well

The manager at Starbucks was very rude this morning. But the other lady Melissa she was an awesome person best customer service.
I always have a great experience with Starbucks, except the service with Elsa, I don’t know if she has a bad day or something like that but she is reactive and aggressive with the service.
