It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. It's fairly close to the freeway so it's easy on easy off. Right now it's about the drive-through and it can be busy and there's usually a line but it moves along pretty well. It's a chain that has a variety of coffee drinks that you would expect to Starbucks. Everyday they have a dark roast which is what I usually get.
Alyssa who works in the Starbucks at the Target El Con Mall shop made a good latte; one that was better than the average latte I've had. She is friendly & cheerful too. She deserves a bit of recognition.I shopped the store on Sunday morning May 16th and was pleased to find two employees who gave me a good experience.Thanks, Mary
Had to wait a little bit to get my drinks, but there was only one guy I believe his name was Avelino, he did a great job making the drinks ahead of me then ringing me and another person up and doing my drinks and ringing the customers. He knew how to multi-task as well as keep his composure with the amount of customers he had! Also this starbucks is located inside Target
