I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! The customer service is at its lowest! The two male barbistas, are so unprofessional and rude. They seem very overwhelmed, and the girl just stands around and does nothing. The drinks are very sloppy!

friendly people behind the bar, BUT they don't know what a cappuccino is! I ordered a cappuccino with coconut milk instead of cow's milk. They served me a latte! Ugh! The reason I wanted a cappuccino is because I like the taste of coffee. What they served me was sickenly sweet coconut milk with a bit of coffee flavor.

I have been to this Starbucks at 10 am regularly and they are never open until 1015. Is there a reason they can’t perform the fundamental task of showing up and being prepared for a 10 am opening?

When I asked for a sandwich to not be opened and not heated for eating later, I received resistance. The very rude young lady said they couldn't do it that way at this location. I mentioned that my Starbucks is very cooperative and I get to take it home for later in the plastic wrapper. Not only did she throw away the wrapper but was rude in handing me my order and mumbled something to another barista as I walked away. This was at 1:15 pm on 5/16/23. I hope something is done to reprimand this barista. I've never been treated like this at any other Starbucks. So disappointed in their service.My husband went back to ask her name and to voice his displeasure with her attitude towards me. Her name is Brittney and he received an attitude response when he said he was going to report her to Starbucks. She said ok. And another barista was rude in response to that. This Starbucks needs a reassignment of staff.

Went today around 130PM, paid with credit card. 1 tall mocha 1 venti vanilla latte and 5 petite vanilla scones $30 how is that possible? No receipt given. I believe I was overcharged. Plus had to pay separately for some iced water ???? I need a copy of my receipt !!

We were at the mall in Tucson relaxing decide to get Starbucks and drink some coffee. I got Carmel crunch Frappuccino and was really good. And friend got coffee which really strong

The employee (Skye) is the absolute worst employee ever and should be fired, he is constantly messing up on people’s orders (including mine), he is also very rude and disrespectful and screams at me and other customers when we tell him he messed up, last time I checked a Barista is supposed to be friendly this guy (Skye) is far from friendly.

Super slow service. I totally understand if they were understaffed or not very busy but they had five people and it really wasn’t busy. It took almost 30 minutes for me my order While waiting with my toddler and trying to keep her occupied, and it was not complicated And I had only one thing. I know the lady felt bad, and I don’t think it was her fault I just think they need to be a little bit better organize and maybe come up with some better systems.
