Super slow service. I totally understand if they were understaffed or not very busy but they had five people and it really wasn’t busy. It took almost 30 minutes for me my order While waiting with my toddler and trying to keep her occupied, and it was not complicated And I had only one thing. I know the lady felt bad, and I don’t think it was her fault I just think they need to be a little bit better organize and maybe come up with some better systems.
I'm sorry but myself I just don't see myself drinking there coffee to many different kinds of coffee. I'm sorry I just like black coffee for a buck.I'm glad for Starbucks for being a good employment for the people of America

friendly people behind the bar, BUT they don't know what a cappuccino is! I ordered a cappuccino with coconut milk instead of cow's milk. They served me a latte! Ugh! The reason I wanted a cappuccino is because I like the taste of coffee. What they served me was sickenly sweet coconut milk with a bit of coffee flavor.
