Friendly staff, but my Frappuccino came out basically melted. I think the coffee they put in was perhaps a bit hot. Wasn’t in the mood to wait any longer for it to be remade so hopped on Google to complain instead.
When it's 2pm and you're feeling the afternoon blues coming in and you've no other choice Starbucks will help you out. Pro tip would be to get a $8 can of Folgers Black Silk from Safeway and make your own coffee at home instead of buying into the prestige of having a plastic cup you can walk around the mall with.
