This will be the last time I use this location. They can't be bothered to make eye contact or ask if you need assistance. After not completing my mobile order I waited five minutes and still no one looked up to ask if I needed the rest of my order. Which by the way I never got.

Kinda expensive & they skimp on filling the cups all the way at times my cups have been filled a little over half way, (at least they do on the hot beverages because the cups aren't see through) which kinda ticks me off because they are soo expensive if I'm gonna pay over $5 for a cup of coffee I expect it to be full. So, I'm not gonna go to this location anymore the only reason I'll go to another one is because the coffee is so good. This sucks...

I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks this location on my first visit. Even though there was a small mix-up with my order, the young man (didn’t catch his name) working handled it with such professionalism. On top of correcting my order, he went above and beyond to make things right. I was truly in awe by his genuine kindness. The managers at this location really did a great job with training employees because all of the employees here are great. Customer service at Starbucks everywhere else is usually a hit or miss, mostly miss, but this Arizona Pavillions Rd. location has always been amazing! Because of that I always go to this location now.

I ordered large capuchino with tips $10 , 2 sips and empty
S L O W is not the word to describe this location. 4 baristas,working but still had to wait 10 minutes. I guess I shoulda ordered ahead of decided not to use the restroom. Then got my order wrong. Yeah not a go to stop.

I stopped by this Starbucks location for the first time, and I have to say—it was such a great experience! Everyone there was incredibly friendly and cheerful, which made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. My order was not only made quickly, but it was absolutely delicious. What really made my morning, though, was the adorable hand-drawn picture on my cup! It was such a sweet, personal touch that truly brightened my day. I’ll definitely be going out of my way before work to stop at this location again—not just for the great service, but also for those heartwarming little details.

Not my usual Starbucks location but extremely dissatisfied with the sense of urgency from the employees and online orders. I always do an online order and waited 10 mins inside for my drink and realized the drive thru people were getting there’s before me, so naturally I went into the drive thru instead and still ended up waiting an extra 15 mins. I just don’t understand the concept of online ordering or picking up if people in store and drive thru get their drinks before you ?
Employees were nice but there’s no sense of urgency at all.
