I’ve only been to this Starbucks twice and I drink tea instead of coffee. Last time was pretty good. This time instead of just handing me my non warmed croissant, she carried it to the end of the counter and just put it down. No call out. My tea (literally hot water) took quite a while to get and again, it was put at the end of the counter and the name of the tea called out. No idea if that was mine. I said something to the manager. I want to give a huge shout out to Sherrelle at Starbucks Golflinks and Houghton location! If she isn’t a manager she needs to be! She was the only one working, and she had a lot of customers and she remained very friendly and sweet, interacted with the customers, greeted them, apologized for any wait time and she did it all without looking stressed or anything! She rocked making drinks as they were delicious!! Give her a raise or a promotion!!
Great coffee and fruity juice drinks (I'm sure you already know)but still saying this since day one... Still pricey! Wish they'd have more specials or coupons or something. We love you Starbucks but help a single parent out! ;)
