Often very disappointed when I go to this specific location. Today I'm mad about my coffee. I ordered my coffee drink, and when they handed it to me I could tell immediately that it was weak and didn't have the proper amount of coffee in it. It was watered down looking, like a cup of watery milk. I have had this happen at this location several times. It's made wrong. So I tell them I can see it's just milk, they added a shot and handed it to me. I drove away quickly because cars were lined up behind me and I didn't want to hold them up anymore. Anyway, my drink barely tasted like coffee.I'm aggravated. The coffee is expensive and I want my coffee drink to be consistent. It never is at that location. Not going to go to this location again. Can't believe that the manager just added a shot and didn't remake my drink correctly. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and I want my drink to be consistent at least.Poor management skills.

I have never bin inside but they have great drinks and food. It's not a total lot of money,it's just like 5 dollars for a drink. They have very friendly workers and I just love this

We just had the most unpleasant visit! The barista working the drive thru “Joey”, is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in any drive thru. Looking through past reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue . I’m sorry to anyone who has to start their day off interacting with him!

Stopped by on Valentine’s with my family after school. Anyway, I’m SUPER pregnant and due any day now. I haven’t been doing caffeine and one of the amazing ladies at the window made a recommendation of a pistachio Frappuccino cream base… No caffeine! I took one sip and am in love ?Thank you and I’ll be back!

I think the barista, Johnathan, might be mentally handicapped. I feel like all the other baristas are fine usually but waiting 20+ minutes for a drink to be made is insane.

I rarely leave bad reviews, I’ve worked years in the service industry and understand that the job can be taxing and frustrating dealing with the public. This specific location has a barista named Joey and I’ve consistently had negative experiences with him taking my order. He has told me he couldn’t make my order when other baristas have happily made it. He got my order wrong this morning another time and barely said anything to me at the window because he was talking to another customer, which I understand but he practically handed me my drink and ignored my “thank you” then turned away. Again, I completely understand baristas being tired but kindness shouldn’t be to high of a standard. I hope this location improves their customer service.

I really wish I wasn’t driven to leave an unfavorable review due to the insolence of the brunette female at the drive-thru window. She was commenting on my order, then when I chimed in with a laugh, she shushed me. I get that she needed to immediately focus her attention elsewhere, but there are more professional and polite approaches.

Went and got a coffee this morning and was very unhappy with my order. The worker at the windows this morning around 945ish (won’t mention color hair) repeated my order and still had it wrong. I get my coffee and I politely asked can you please add the missing ingredient and she brought it back and it was still wrong. Instead of hearing me out, she said “have a good day” like get out of my face! This employee should not be there next time!
