First time at this location. Order was 1 splenda. Usually it's a given that splenda replaces classic but I got classic. Ice on a grande was much more than the usual telling me that help is still learning or not trained properly. The comedy of errors continued as I ordered a refill and my order never came up and after 10 to 15 minutes I again had to ask for my order. Is Starbucks overworking its staff or is it case of staff turnover.
Appreciate the special treatment due to eating carnivore Vivian prepared a special version of the egg bacon and Gouda sandwich without the top bun and I took the bottom bun and gave it to my husband. Thank you for being so accommodating.
