Im a uber driver i came in to pick up my order I asked for a a courtesy water and was told very rudely that I must purchase something in order to get a water it is illegal to refuse someone water.

I appreciated the great customer service at the drive-thru. However, I was disappointed that my grande drink wasn’t filled to the top. I look forward to my coffee to help get me through a 12-hour shift, and given the price, I expected to receive a full cup

My daughters last week of school had us scrambling for tomorrows “Starbucks” day and something for her to wear. Well the three employees there were super awesome, Crystique, Edgar, and unfortunately did not the other dudes name, hooked my little one up and she will be the best Starbucks girl at school tomorrow! Today I stopped at this location on ceaycrodt and broadway and I can’t give enough praise to the person that made my Carmel crunch. It is the BEST I have had in a very long time. You should be very proud of this person and the one that took my order very pleasant and I could understand her. Maybe you should take those people and have them teach the vail stores how it’s done. Thank you I really enjoyed it!
