Go to a different location. Drive 10 mins you’ll get your order faster and better service. Literally at any other starbucks lol. Waited over 30 mins in a line of 5 cars. Once I got to ordering screen they asked for my order said one moment did not take my order and someone else attended me.

I have never been so disappointed with Starbucks service or products. Today I had the worst service. I know I'm picky with my ice coffee and I have no problem telling someone how I want it made. Its a shame that in my generation I was raised to respect to receive respect. If you don't like something speak up. Finally every business needs customers. So with that said when telling the young lady if she could please make it a certain way, I got an excuse me. When I asked for light ice, she filled it up with ice. When she gave me my coffee ☕. I asked if she could give me less ice and add more cream. She then looked at me ugly and passed me with her co worker. Thank you co worker for your human skills and manager for listening. Want to shine like a star. Follow the lead of Starbucks Montwood and Zaragoza in El Paso Texas and the great staff from Delano California. They go above and beyond. Congratulations ? to them.

This is one of the most unfriendly starbucks around. They rarely get my order right and make comments about me not using my stars and wanting a straw with my drink.
Great stop. Fast and friendly. Not a great selection of cups.... but the drinks were tasty and the food was hot!

Modern facility free of any noticable deferred maintenance issues. Product is always good no matter what store you go to. This stores staff is less then cool in the guest relations dept. Both times I've visited I've felt that the staff was unfriendly and bothered by my presence and would be most appreciative if l just went anywhere else. Just not feeling the love .
