Amazing location! I have had 2 stellar experiences here. I always pull up with my brother and have a great time. I also must say everyone that I've interacted with at this location has been super personable and genuine. Today I was helped by Aliza (sorry abt the spelling if its wrong) and Daniel. Aliza made sure my drink was how I liked. I really appreciated her efforts! ☕🤎‼️

Everytime I get a drink from here its terrible. They dont seem to follow the instructions and it always tastes horrible. I order a Matcha latte with brown sugar and it always tastes like pure matcha

The girl that was working drive thru on this date and time did not even bother closing the lid I spilled the drink all over my uniform… thank God it was cold.

I never received my fresh brewed coffee. Nothing special, just a plain black cup of coffee. My wife received her horchata shaken espresso and grilled cheese sandwich within a few minutes. After another minute she went and asked about my venti black coffee and was told it was coming right out. There was no further communication between us. They could have uploaded us or something explained why it was taking so long for simple brewed coffee. After a total of approximately 22 minutes of wine we decided to leave. There is no reason for their extremely poor customer service as they were not busy. My wife and I will never go back. There is another coffee shop in close proximity that I will only frequent going forward. And they have stickers!
Always love me some Starbucks, but really think this new CEO is hurting the company. I bought 6 different personal cups because of the star earning aspect, but he's cutting that. Cut the menu and the Brownie(best ever snack item GONE).

Visited this location on Memorial Day and they were not busy, waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks that were awful. The matcha latte had chunks of powder and was not even shaken correctly. I do not recommend this location, was convenient because it was close but I’d rather drive further than waste my money again.
