In South Tucson, to most there are only two options for carnitas, if you're a local. And none in Tucson.For the cabeza taco, El Michoacano is the best I've had since the market in Holland, MI closed almost 20 years ago.Their carnitas, with skin, stomach and meat is great. Not sure which is better.Btw, Google kinda sucks. They ask me what I'd recommend:Birria, street tacos, pulled pork, or Pig's Trotters. Weird.I'd recommend tacos.
