Currently running this location and all I can say is the customers that come in are fantastic. I do eat here and love all the sandwiches we have to offer and love the experience I get of meeting new people and serving returning guests daily, the environment is healthy and foods fresh

The team here is amazing, I stopped coping for a while because the place was hostile at time but the new manager with glasses is great as well as the small girl with glasses in the morning she provided some of the best customer service and very talkative

Came to subway the young lady is working alone. She’s super nice! While there’s a line of people she’s doing it all. Cmon subway what’s the problem scheduling or do you not pay a good wage to deal with this insanity. I was gonna walk out but the young lady is SUPER! ….thats the only reason I waited. I just left about 10 minutes ago, and the two workers that are there were absolutely amazing! They were kind, polite, and smiled and were really welcoming! The wrap was done so nice and with care it didn’t fall apart at all!

Nice workers but the food wasn’t very fresh. The meatballs were cold. Hardly any marinara sauce on our subs. The employee advised us that they stop making cookies after 2pm. Never been to a subway that didn’t have cookies available. Manager told me I misunderstood but the employee clarified it to us like 3 times that they usually don’t have cookies in the evening lol.

Went in and ordered on the app while at the restaurant for the 6.99 deal. I told the employee I came in early so I could better customize my order. I had to take my 3 year old into the bathroom. I had to ask her three times in a 10 minute period. Then she made my sandwich wrong while I was in the bathroom when I initially came there early so I could customize my order. Nobody listened to me.
Came here, ordered a 6in bf ham. They rang me up for a #99 instead of a BYO ham and insisted I was wrong even though I worked at subway. To add insult to injury. They didn't even add the extra ham that would have come with a #99. They're robbing people blind here.

I went there to order a sandwich and they have one employee young male adult probably 18 years old or 22. He was very rudy.he Doesn't wanna do anything no smile no welcoming acting bothered about me ordering the food.
I looked at the food is not fresh it was after 2 pm cheap quality of cheese and not what I ordered .
I pay for my order. I sit down and ate it , while I was waiting for the Lyft he came to me by the door and told me "I am blocking a lady behind me, i need to move " in a very rude way and accuse me for trespassing/ calling cops! i after i called him for his rude behavior. Dont eat there low class of employees and quality of food are awful. The place is dirty outside the place is dirty ghetto neighborhood.

Juged me by my looks wouldn't let me use the bathroom even after I offered to pay for a sandwich first he was very rude kept saying he didn't belive me about paying and that I had to have my sandwich made and wait in line before using the restroom. They discriminate I don't recommend this subway. And there bathroom was a total mess on top of it all. I just wanted to use the bathroom and get some lunch. One of the workers was a lady she was kind and tried her best.

$17 for a sandwich and you have to fight to get any veggies out on a sandwich. The two workers during the lunch rush did a good job pushing through the line but having to ask multiple timess to get enough onion to cover sandwich from one side to the other is ridiculous.
Furthermore, why do they never have tea brewed? I would like options without sweetener, and actually be available.
Lastly, the ceilings in this place are discussing. I'm sure the vents over the service area never drop that dust into your food.
