I went there to order a sandwich and they have one employee young male adult probably 18 years old or 22. He was very rudy.he Doesn't wanna do anything no smile no welcoming acting bothered about me ordering the food.

I looked at the food is not fresh it was after 2 pm cheap quality of cheese and not what I ordered .

I pay for my order. I sit down and ate it , while I was waiting for the Lyft he came to me by the door and told me "I am blocking a lady behind me, i need to move " in a very rude way and accuse me for trespassing/ calling cops! i after i called him for his rude behavior.
Dont eat there low class of employees and quality of food are awful. The place is dirty outside the place is dirty ghetto neighborhood.

Juged me by my looks wouldn't let me use the bathroom even after I offered to pay for a sandwich first he was very rude kept saying he didn't belive me about paying and that I had to have my sandwich made and wait in line before using the restroom. They discriminate I don't recommend this subway. And there bathroom was a total mess on top of it all. I just wanted to use the bathroom and get some lunch. One of the workers was a lady she was kind and tried her best.

$17 for a sandwich and you have to fight to get any veggies out on a sandwich. The two workers during the lunch rush did a good job pushing through the line but having to ask multiple timess to get enough onion to cover sandwich from one side to the other is ridiculous.

Furthermore, why do they never have tea brewed? I would like options without sweetener, and actually be available.

Lastly, the ceilings in this place are discussing. I'm sure the vents over the service area never drop that dust into your food.

I'm not one to complain about the food at Subway since it’s usually consistent, but the customer service at this location was another story. When I arrived, there was only one employee managing a line of six people, and it took nearly 35 minutes before my turn came. After my sub was made and ready by the register, the employee decided to serve the next customers who had just walked in, making me wait an additional five minutes.To top it off, I was surprised to see a tip automatically added to my bill. Given the delays and the fact that I had to prompt her to finalize my order, this seemed unjustified. When I questioned this, she mentioned it might have been added automatically and offered unsatisfactory explanations, simply stating she was "trained this way."Overall, the service was frustratingly slow and poorly managed, especially in a setting known for quick service. The automatic tipping without clear consent was particularly disappointing. I hope this location takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

Not sure...normally there were these young girls doing a great job...all seemed clean . They worried about what you needed ..but last night there was this guy speaking to his coworker very loud barely paying attention... All his saliva from his loud talking about his personal life ..falling onto the food .. veggies and guac and lettuce all mixed and messy in their containers from where he was collecting ingredients into the sandwich...the whole area was a mess...yikes never buying from a subway...hope I don't get sick ...sniffing and talking loud..not even closing the mouth and hovering the face over all the food ...can't get that image undone

Came in 15mins til close and a young cashier by the name of Marvin displayed excellent professionalism while working all alone and with a line of customers. He was patient and had a superb attitude with all customers. Excellent hardworking young man. Manager Brittany please forward these kind words towards to Marvin he deserves it.
