Not sure...normally there were these young girls doing a great job...all seemed clean . They worried about what you needed ..but last night there was this guy speaking to his coworker very loud barely paying attention... All his saliva from his loud talking about his personal life ..falling onto the food .. veggies and guac and lettuce all mixed and messy in their containers from where he was collecting ingredients into the sandwich...the whole area was a mess...yikes never buying from a subway...hope I don't get sick ...sniffing and talking loud..not even closing the mouth and hovering the face over all the food ...can't get that image undone

Came in 15mins til close and a young cashier by the name of Marvin displayed excellent professionalism while working all alone and with a line of customers. He was patient and had a superb attitude with all customers. Excellent hardworking young man. Manager Brittany please forward these kind words towards to Marvin he deserves it.

This is an absolutely disgusting place. I ordered a tuna salad, and a tuna sandwich. I have included a picture of my salad. It's my own fault for not checking it before I left. The lettuce was soggy and overripe. I asked for spinach and there were very few spinach leaves. The sandwich was equally horrifying. I should have left immediately after seeing how dirty the place was. The two male staff members were careless and goofing around. I just want to warn others about this location. Also it was 27.00 for this garbage.
Let me begin by saying subway is my favorite place to eat, I've been to do many it's unreal. I went to your today at 1215pm and from the moment I walked in I was blown away by the amazing energy, the 3 people that were working restored my faith in customer service. Great job I will be back hope to always see them there with a raise of course. They deserve it. Keep matching that energy

Placed pickup order online for foot long tuna. I keep my tuna really simple. Lettuce pickle and onion. First, my bread was toasted, not sure why. I don't know if they were short on tuna but there was almost none in my sub. Instead, it was overpacked with lettuce and onion (which would have been okay if there was any tuna). I know my version of tuna is different from Subway's signature tuna sub but isn't Subway all about "my way"? An order I placed before this one was lacking a bit as well, but not this bad. I even tipped!!! Will not be ordering from St. Mary's location again.

Ordered online, came in and was told they don't have my order thought it was a mistake on my part, I left and checked if it was the correct location. It was but the employees left the order aside and forgot about it. They were unprofessional about helping me before finding the order.
