Worst subway in Tucson after a long day at work I just want to have an easy dinner but no my order took so long the app clearly lies and says it’s ready and my order wasn’t even started and I waited another 25 minutes for my order . The employee cam and Emerson are so rude and unprofessional they are not working all they do is talk and ignore customers. They are not friendly at all this is the worst experience I’ve have ever had here don’t come for a shitty service and food.

Emerson and Cam literally talked the entire while there was line of people waiting and I had put an online order and it literally took them 45 minutes to finish my sub even though it was supposed to be done at a certain time. I asked Cam how long it was going to be and she replied with oh let me get busy… I would highly recommend these two don’t work together because all they’re going is talking and not working.

Went in at around 9:00 - 9:15pm they close at 10pm. Cybeles was the sandwich artist but was a total B**** could totally tell she was not happy to serve someone 45 before close. Was slamming down the veggie buckets everytime I asked for something. Smh.

I'm super picky about Subway because I worked at one for a year, so I tend to steer clear in the first place. I went in tonight and the guy behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch his name! But it was around 9ish at night on 11/4) was really helpful and made my sandwich like a true artist. I always love when people put as much care into my food as I would assume they do their own when preparing it. Keep employees like this, 10/10!!!!
