Looks like artisan Pizza where the taste will be sacrificed for the appearance. However, this is not the case. The crust is delicious. Makes the whole Pizza!Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie toppings to choose from.
Best gluten free pizza in town. No others are close. I'm also celiac and I haven't reacted yet. I realize going anywhere where cross contamination is a risk that I'm willing to take on rare occasion, but if I get CC, I'm painfully aware of it by that night. These guys make great GF crust, homemade there. I believe they use Caputto's GF flour, because as a home cook, I've tried them all. A true hole in the wall. I travel a lot and got to a lot of pizza places. Fiamme is the 3rd best pizza I’ve had in the country. Their margarita pizza, bruschetta, and focaccia is out of this world.
