Love this place! Been coming here for years. Best fried fish in Tucson. I hope they changed the interior seating back to what it was. I really don't like the new arrangement lol.
Food was great. Staff was very pleasant. We ordered hush puppies but did not get them. You can tell they have been around for a long time, but the eating area was clean. Just wish they had restrooms. Would definitely go again.
dropped in after work to go check this place out, because it looked like a real Tucson original. The sandwich I got was two tilapia fillets, apparently hand dipped in panko, judging by their fresh appearance, flash fried and slapped onto a hamburger bun with a squirt of ketchup and a little bit of dill pickle. A little bit of lettuce or some shredded cabbage would have gone a long way in filling the sandwich out. another half a star taken away for any lack of hot sauce, which...
