Our server was John and he was amazing! Made great recommendations and was very friendly! Our drink was constantly filled up and the food came out very efficiently! Amazing service and atmosphere thank you guys!

Beware this restaurant I will never order again. Twice! They have mixed up orders and my sister just got into a huge argument with the manager, Who is extremely rude and does not know etiquette dealing with upset patrons. This food is overpriced and underwhelming and taste and presentation got much better food from Sushi Valley. Will never go back or recommend this restaurant to any of my friends.

Terrible wait, being ignored at host stand, looked at several times by staff and no one came to the stand.

I had a problem with my food, the server was hardly near the table despite it being empty, manager treated me like I was a child who needed to be scolded when I complained about the food I am very disappointed in the service and treatment especially since it was almost $100, there's better places to spend that much and other places don't make you feel like you are being talked down to and I tried reaching out through the contact us on the website and have gotten no response, I do not recommend here

Edit after the company response - they never reached out privately at all and only put out a response on here and again poor service and response, saying that you will work to be better but not trying to have open communication and letting a manager speak to the customers like they are stupid or just seeking free food is bad business we were there for at least an hour and only got checked in on only when everyone else at the table was done if I could give less stats I would

Happy Hour menu is not what it used to be. The whole experience felt rushed despite the place being empty. I haven’t been to a Sushi Garden in years but I probably won’t be coming back.

We do like the food however they are TERRIBLE at getting your to-go order correct. It is always missing the sauce or multiple parts of the order. We now always check then they will make us the missing parts but the rest gets cold or soggy. Currently waiting right now for soggy tempura chicken. Eat in only. Don't do take out!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Waited over 20 min for my meal. Ordered at same time as my son. His food arrived & he ate, no one bothered to mention any updates on my order. No thanks. Not at all worth this to eat here.

Lady was very condescending and looked down at me for some reason. I didn't like the atmosphere and the Manager was very rude! I won't go back there ever again.
