I’ve never been here before and was so excited to try something new. I will never be back. The 2 stars are for some good food and drinks.
We went at about 645 pm. The place was not full by any means.
After sitting, the wait to get drinks was wild—about 30 minutes. The waitress said it was because the bartender just hadn’t made them, but the order had been placed. But everything was slow.
Several items were out on the menu, so after waiting forever to order we had to go through the menu figuring out what wasn’t out.
Each persons food came out at completely different times. Like each person finished their food before the next arrived.
The burger was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done. Don’t get the burgers, it was terrible.
We would have gotten more drinks and dessert but did not because of the wild wait and just general dissatisfaction with the whole experience. I just can’t justify going back to experience that again.

This is the best spot in town for a delicious bite to eat and drinks made to perfection. The atmosphere is amazing! Great place to take pics for social media. There is music for everyone to enjoy. A must stop when visiting Tucson or for locals as well.

Terrible all around. We really appreciate the bartender. Because of her efforts we didn't end up just walking out the first 10 minutes. Have you ever been to a place and you just wanted to get out of there as fast as you can?
0 for service. The server just wanted to be on her phone. 20 minutes all she did was drop off water. We ended up going to the bar to order food.
0 for management. The owners were physically there and here I am writing a zero review. They opted for drinking at the bar and showing the server videos on their phone instead, as if the service needed distraction. To add insult to injury, they literally interrupted the bartender in the middle of her task while she's running my card to show her a video.
0 for food. It's like they want it to be a club but they were forced into putting a kitchen. Everything we had was bought frozen or pre-made.
Elote was still cold from the inside. Papa's bravas are literally home fries Frozen. You just fried them. Birria had so much oregano in it. The burger was the least creative thing I've ever seen, but it was the most delicious item we ordered.
0 for atmosphere. They decided that they want to up the volume from 20 to about 60 at 9:22 p.m. another owner didn't like that, he went from 60 to about 90 at 9:40. No one wants to have his meal with a side of base. The conversation on the table went to literally zero. We simply couldn't hear each other.
My suggestion is hire somebody that knows what they're doing.

Kitchen closes early. There's simply no place to go after an event at the TCC if you want to accompany your beverage with good food and good conversation. We had hoped Tabu would provide the answer, but we were sorely disappointed (and left). Tabu staff directed us to Elliott's on Congress, which apparently has food, but nothing about Elliott's looked appealing. After 9 or 10 pm, the only thing that downtown seems to offer (Tabu included) are loud and gross shrines of drunkeness, which, ultimately, are... kind of boring.
Downtown has really lost variety on this point in the past few years, which makes me sad.
EDIT: There's no way to respond to the question posed by the owner, so I will add it here. We went on a Saturday evening, but it was definitely after 10pm. I just wish there was something for everyone downtown at night. I live, work, and attend events downtown. It seems more and more the entire late night downtown economy is focused ONLY on alcohol, rather than on the whole package. (There are some food trucks on the fringes, but that's not going to work for a group of 8 people wanting to sit down together someplace pleasant.) The area has gotten decidedly unpleasant - kind of like downtown Phoenix - and what I used to love, I now avoid.

We love this new bar / restaurant! The atmosphere is very fancy and upscaled! They did such a great job with the interior design of the space. The drink menu is sooooo good. We tried just about every drink each one was soo good! My favorite is the green apple drink with a cinnamon stick. The fooood is so good!
I can’t wait to see this place grow! So happy to have a new restaurant downtown to enjoy. ❤️

Be sure to get your receipt. I am not sure what exactly I paid for... I requested a printed receipt, but then the lady said I needed to put my email (she canceled my "PRINT RECEIPT" request that I selected?). I think they know that one doesn't want to make a scene, and get away with this crap. Also, they promised us a drink to lure us in. When we were paying, the girl that promised the free drink was gone, and most of the people in my group said that their drink wasn't honored. I suppose my "free" drink was not free at all (hard to tell without a receipt). And the food wasn't that great either (don't get the patatas bravas, they were not fully cooked). However, my issue is that last person that tended to us... her dismissiveness and disregard for what was promised (or my right to get a receipt) ruined my experience.
