An employee named Diego who works there is an Amazing person. Extremely friendly, a very hard worker, motivating towards other employees as well as the customers, always taking care of whatever has to be done and multi tasking, always smiling and doing his best to make everyone who walks in get a smile on their faces. When I go to this store I look forward to seeing him because I know it will be an enjoyable experience.

I had an outstanding experience at Taco Bell today thanks to Diego! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, his energy and friendliness completely stood out. He greeted me with a warm, genuine smile in his voice, patiently walked me through the menu when I had questions, and even made great recommendations that hit the spot perfectly.
Diego was super fast, accurate, and went above and beyond—he double-checked my order...

Service is a 3 because I was the order placer. I hate having to use the freaking self check out to place my order. It's confusing navigating the menu and finding the order I know I want. $5 box that's all I ever want and it always seems to move around.
