Great taco truck! We eat here all the time and it's always consistently amazing food. My favorite is tripa-chorizo burrito. My wife's favorite are the tacos (she chooses different meats almost every time).
This. Place. Is. The. Best. The Quesabirria is some of the freshest I have ever had and the consome was absolutely perfectly seasoned. Truth be told, I drank whatever consome I had left, because it was that good. It also came with some very fresh cucumbers which was an excellent pairing that helped break up the heaviness of this type of meal. The taste of the food. Not bad at all, again, average which is pretty good. I had tacos al pastor. The wait time wasnt bad.
