Everything is freshly made upon order and is fast as well. Refreshing drinks and all flavors are amazing from the few I selected. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the employees. All of it was awesome. The BEST takoyaki I've had in town and absolutely amazing fish. Left full, fat, and happy. Will be back.
The sushi burrito was good, but the boba drink was just ok.
Food was nice and fresh, restaurant was clean and the staff was accommodating. Tried the sushi burrito as well as the rice bowl and a few boba drinks. Definitely a nice little spot.

Taichi hits that sweet spot of fast, fresh, and actually satisfying—which is not always easy to find, especially when you want something on the lighter side. The menu is super customizable, which I love—especially if you’re plant-based or just trying to keep things on the healthier side. Tons of veggie and vegan options, and nothing feels like an afterthought.
I went with a tofu bowl and it was delish—fresh, flavorful, and filling without being heavy. Exactly what you want when it’s blazing hot and you need something refreshing but still crave-worthy.
Service was great—quick, friendly, and easy.
The whole space has a cute, clean aesthetic too, making it a perfect low-key brunch or midday reset spot during those intense desert heat days.
Light, refreshing, customizable, and reliable? Say less.

We were impressed with their ramen and rice bowl, we ordered tonkatsu ramen and pork rice bowl, both are very good, definitely recommend this place !
I tried their customizable poke bowl and it was excellent. Most of the topping options were free, and I especially loved the seaweed. They look like a boba place, but their food is surprisingly high quality.

This was so freakin' good, y'all. Unexpected from a bubble tea place. I got the Ube tea, but this ramen stole the show. The miso is divine. The pork is divine. Everything tastes as good as it looks. This snatches your taste buds and leaves only ecstasy behind.
