As you can see other pictures there is no chicharron sold here, they have fine chopped carnitas cooked on lard that when warmed up get harder to eat. Not what a chicharron should be.

We came to Tucson and had some time to kill. We stumbled upon this hidden gem and it did not disappoint. We ordered two carne asada caramelos along with two tacos, one carne asada and one cabeza. The food completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also tried the Jamaica drink, which my fiancé really enjoyed. It had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. We will definitely be coming back the next time...
Some of the best fresh homemade corn tortillas I have ever had in AZ.

I ordered two tacos de asada, completely housed those before I remembered to take a picture. The carne asada was delicious, fresh, and had good flavor. The barbacoa also had great flavor, which was probably a bad idea for the caramelo. You need to eat this one quick or the juices from the barbacoa will make the tortilla soggy.
