It’s a wrap. They shut down.
I never thought I’d find another authentic and delicious Jamaican spot after Dee’s island grill closed but this place is incredibly delicious and true Jamaican flavor.
I thought I would have leftovers- which turned out to be false 😅.
I haven't had such great Jamaican food in ages! I wasn't expecting it to be a good truck, so there was a bit of a surprise. I got the chicken curry, my husband got a jerk chicken plate and we shared an order of plantains - next time I'm getting my own! The curry plate came with rice and cabbage and festival.

Taste of Jamaica is an authentic and delicious Jamaican spot in Tucson. The food is amazing, with true Jamaican flavor. The chicken curry comes with rice and cabbage and festival. The jerk chicken plate is tender, flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The plantains are cooked to perfection and complement the dish perfectly. The food is so good that leftovers are unlikely. It is a great find on UberEATS, though the UberEATS menu is messed up and missing half the menu. Tucson is lacking in Caribbean spots, but this one is a must try.
