We received the rolls and butter but no silverware. We put butter on the rolls by tearing off pieces and swiping through the butter. Because of her food allergies we make sure to ask questions. We ordered the filet salad. Her' s with no tomato and we said something about her citrus allergy. Mine was ordered no tomato, no onions (slight food allergy). The ranch salad dressing was checked and deemed to be ok for her. When we received our filet salads, there were onions and tomatoes on mine and no onions or tomato on hers. She had ranch dressing and i had bleu cheese. the salad dressings were correct. the server took my plate and removed the onion. i know the salad was not switched out because my mouth is tingling. the meat was also cold. when my mother had asked about the meat being cold the server asked if we wanted new steaks cooked, my mother said yes. the server grabbed a plate and asked us to remove the fillet from our salads and put it on the plate. we did.our salads must have been switched before the they hit the table because the one she was given had italian dressing on the bottom (usually contains corn syrup solids and citric acid).we left before the new steak came out, i still paid for one messed up salad because we needed to leave. we are now sitting in the ER. needless to say we are not going back.

This was my first time at this location. It was super busy, so that is why I ranked the food and service a little lower. Our waiter, Sway, was pretty attentive and did a great job of taking care of us when he was not checking on his other tables. We ordered a sampler platter, and it was pretty good. My favorite is the armadillo eggs. The salads were perfect as always. For our main course, my wife got the Ft Worth ribeyeand I had the prime rib. The ribeye was a little salty but otherwise cooked really well. My prime rib was cooked really well, but I did not get any au jus until I was almost done. My daughter and my neice ordered the chicken critters with fries. From what they said the chicken was not to dry or over cooked. I would recommend people come check them out and decide if they are a good place for you. I would have preferred less people but without people, they could not stay in business.

I usually love this place. But the food this time left a lot to be desired. Meat was not cooked to order. Yam looked like it had seen too much time in the waiting area and was hard. The waitress took our order, and we were served by three other people. She never checked on us until we mentioned the check and she pointed at the kiosk in the table. We never were offered refills, more bread or even to go boxes.

We had the prime rib, it was excellent. Will go there again.
Prices aren’t great but the food is AMAZING. Ordered a steak medium rare and had low expectations being a former chef, I tend to be very judgmental about food. The steak did NOT disappoint. The rolls were super good veggies were great over all a great experience.

Me and my family went today to have dinner as usual, we go every 2 weeks unfortunately we had a very bad experience with waitress and our food, took more than 45 minutes to serve 3 people simple plates, not only that but food was cold and had to ask to warm us our plates which was not done appropriately.
