Check in online, got there and was almost immediately taken to the table on a Saturday Night. They had it down to a science to get us in and out quickly without making us feel like we were being rushed. Great time.
You get all 5’s because my wife and I love the food here. I’m a guest centric specialist, I could put 1 star for service but I won’t, because I know what it’s like to be in the other side of the review. Your counter girls need to be a bit more serious and mature. They are the first faces you see when you arrive, they’re just giggling and looking at each other. Greet your guests - do NOT ignore them, and you will become such a better restaurant.
Stumbled upon the Texas Roadhouse while in Tucson and really glad we did. The folks there were super friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and well prepared. They had no problem with me tweaking my order and it was served exactly how I asked. We liked it so much we went back the following nite.
