It’s 11pm on Friday but the staff inside are ignoring the drive thru even though the sign says they close at 2am. Called the number posted for the manager Zabib’s but no answer.
Update: The manager did reply by text to the missed call. After hearing what happened they did apologize and try to offer compensation.

This restaurant MADE IT RIGHT. The employees are clearly having a tough time. They are obviously overworked and underpaid!!! They gave me 3 sandwich meals in exchange for a big mistake they made on my order last week. If you order here just make sure it matches what you paid for. I bought a $28.99 12pc and asked for no breast, instead I got 4 big breast pieces and a lot of the chicken was just bland. I’m from ATL and the Popeyes out there is just as bad. This is the second time I've had an order from Popeyes through doordash. Doordash is amazing. This location does not fulfill the order I'm missing this time. The Cajun fries. Your biscuits are hard as a rock. This is pathetic. Try to call the corporate number. Nobody knows anything. Call the location itself. Nobody answers it

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a nice restaurant with friendly staff who provide good service. The chicken and side orders are fresh, hot, and delicious. Prices are a bit high, but the food is worth it. The red beans and rice are particularly good. While the cashier could be more informative about the sauces, the staff is generally very attentive and polite. Although the manager can be a bit rude at times, the chicken sandwiches and sides are usually excellent. Customers appreciate the service and often enjoy their meals, even if there is sometimes a wait for the chicken. It's best to visit during rush hour for freshly made products, but parking can be a bit challenging due to the small lot and traffic flow.
