Got a carne asada bowl. Rice was dry, seemed old, meat was chopped so finely and over cooked and chewy, got the smallest little spoonful of pico, lettuce was also soft and chewy, old. Beans were okay as beans can still be good if not cooked same day.
This is Tucson, so Mexican food should be a standard, and on point. Please tighten up in the kitchen. Maybe cooks are distracted or not being...
