I like the boba but I decided to stay for a bit to enjoy the drink and study. But the loud music employees talking very loudly to one another and the lack of WiFi. Made it very hard to enjoy the space. Also the tv place Asian music on repeat the music isn’t that bad but it’s the loud commercials that’s really drive you crazy. Not a great place to dine in.

went in today and our taro latte was chunky, too much added sugar into our hokkaido milk tea, and I was afraid the popcorn chicken wasn’t cooked. I am close with a past employee there and was also told one of the workers cuts their toenails in the kitchen. I don’t know if it is true but I do know that is not sanitary. It took a long time for our drinks to come out as well.

Asked for a pineapple smoothie, not what I got, the label says peach, but tastes like just a milk smoothie with warm bobba. And the matcha latte was way too much matcha almost undrinkable. Also asked the sales clerk about the Sesame balls, and said she doesnt like the sesame balls. Couldn't answer my question what size they where or what was the filling. She said she didnt know..I asked if the other employee knows, she replied, She might and just stood there. Then I just said never mind. Bad experience and didnt get what we asked for. Can't say that I would even go back.

Best boba tea I’ve ever had. My husband and I were not big fans of boba in general until my friend introduced me to Titi’s. I now have an obsession and we drive 40 minutes to get us some Titi’s. The oolong and house tea are steeped to perfection and the ratio of tea to milk is just right. The boba itself is soft and fresh. The food is great too. 10/10

I moved from SoCal to Tucson area last year. In SoCal we would often have lunch at the local Vietnamese tea place.
I have tried MANY tea shops in Tucson searching for the garlic salt popcorn chicken and fruit tea I miss. Today I found it. PERFECTLY prepared, crispy super flavor.
I will definately be adding this place as a regular stop. It also seems a good place to remote work. I'm not sure if they are cool with that, but comfortable seating and good vibe.
So glad I found Titi!

Back again 1/25 same quality. What a find!

I’ve had boba in several Asian countries, and this is the most authentic I’ve had in Tucson since then!
Titi’s is the best place for boba in town, hands down, the owner informed me they boil their boba fresh every 2 hours which you can TASTE because it’s never excessively chewy but is just purely delightful. Great menu options, our favorites are the oolong milk tea and house black milk tea.
Ube taro is also fantastic. Many other yummy ones.
Workers are always pleasant and friendly, as well as quick.

If another location was opened closer to the north side of town, I would single-handedly keep it in business. Please open more locations!!! This place is a keeper

Hands down best Boba in Tucson! Black Milk tea is delicious!

Their ube taro brown sugar boba drink is so tasty. I was worried it would be too sweet but the brown sugar boba adds just a perfect amount of sweetness and they don't add any additional sugar to the drink. There is actual taro in the drink as well. Cashiers were helpful and friendly in answering in questions about the drinks.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and people in the shop. It’s very welcoming and feels as if I’m at home. The boba is also good, it’s my favorite go-to place in Tucson!

Titi Boba has become my favorite spot for boba and snacks over the past two months! Today, I came by to try their new matcha drink series. My boyfriend and I ordered the Matcha Crème Brûlée and Oreo Matcha—both were delicious, but I liked the Oreo Matcha more (I’m an Oreo lover, so no surprise there 😄).
We also got their Takoyaki, which never disappoints. It’s always fresh and tasty!
The staff here are always super welcoming. I did see a couple of reviews mentioning unfriendly staff, but I’ve never experienced that myself. Maybe that was in the past, or just a rare case—every time I visit, they’ve been nothing but kind.
Overall, I love everything about this place and can’t wait to be again at their Saturday karaoke night—I’ve had a lot of fun!

Titi Boba Corner is such a gem! The staff are always so sweet and friendly — they really make you feel welcome. Their drinks are so good (I could live off their boba 😋), and the Cajun fries and takoyaki are chef’s kiss! Definitely one of my favorite spots to treat myself.

This is by far the best boba in town. They have the best brown sugar boba !! The fruit tea drinks are amazing. Stop going to franchise coffee places and start supporting local!!

Best boba ever, the taste is unique and something I constantly crave! If you like soft boba this is the place to go, it’s still a nice chewy and doesn’t taste over cooked unlike many of the other boba places around, the brown sugar flavor tastes like it’s actually throughout the boba! They also make the best combination brown sugar drinks i have ever had! When I got the taro ube i was unpleasantly surprised that there were actual chunks of taro because of its bitter taste but if that’s what you’re into I’m sure you’ll love it because it still tastes great!

My kids and I discovered TiTi Boba Corner after church one Sunday, and it’s now one of our favorite Tucson spots. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — when we walked in, teens were singing karaoke, people were laughing, and the whole place had such good energy.

The owner personally introduced himself and made us feel right at home. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love and effort into creating a place that’s fun and family-friendly.

The drinks were excellent — flavorful and refreshing without being overly sweet (a big win for me as a parent). Next visit we will try something new — like the popcorn chicken and crème brûlée milk tea.

This is a perfect hangout for families, students, or anyone who loves good boba and a positive vibe. If you’re in Tucson and want more than just a drink, this is the spot.

(We even featured TiTi Boba Corner on my local podcast, Tucson Marketplace Podcast – Desert Highlights Episode 4, because it’s exactly the kind of business that makes Tucson special!)
