Was charged twice for breakfast, reached out and left messages from the manager and never heard back. The food was not worth the $100 I ended up paying for two people’s breakfast. Will not be going back.

Walked right in, seated right away, staff was welcoming and quick with coffee and my order, a little too quick. I ordered one of the skillet scrambles with chicken fried steak and 2 eggs over easy. It came already cut into small pieces (OK, I expected an actual steak, but ok). The eggs were grossly under cooked. Like they had been dropped in the pan and instantly flipped before the whites even set. Over easy is runny yolk not runny whites. The potatoes were cold and the gravy was an ugly gray, no flavor. I waited a good while for the waitress to come back, drank ¾ of my coffee before she returned. Granted, it was busy in there but not slamming. I sent my order back. The replacement came out much better. But still no flavor, except for the roasted jalapeño on the side. The staff is nice and the coffee is decent.

Loyal Praxis

Our family went here today and had such a amazing experience. I can see why there was a 25 minute wait, but its soooo worth it. The service is kind and genuine; not to mention extremely fast. I was blown away by how quickly our party of 5s food came out. At first I thought they had the wrong table it was so quick!! The menu is amazing with so much to choose from and our table had quite the variation of entrees. I got the carnita breakfast and I am not exaggerating when I say its the BEST food ive EVER had from anywhere. Everyone loved their meals but I say choose the carnitas, youre welcome!! Thank you, Jordan for making our visit so nice. Definitely genuine and extremely good service.

Staffing - either not enough or not organized correctly. We almost walked out waiting to be taken care of. It was not very busy, either. When the waiter came, then the experience was better. Food came quickly.

Absolutely terrible service from this place my family had a 102 tab and a $17 meal that the potato’s were completely undercooked and the eggs overcooked was not eaten or finished we let the server know and she spoke with the manager Tish who stated “she is too busy to come talk to us” and said taking off the charge was not an option absolutely ridiculous. As a customer this is completely unacceptable for a business to tell a paying customer that meal that wasn’t eaten because it was poorly cooked for $17 could not be taken off and did not have “the time” to come and speak with us directly is insane this business needs to find a different manager because she is unbelievable to be standing at the grill and speaking with our server but still not “having the time” and telling us we couldn’t get the meal removed off the table??? Absolutely ridiculous I don’t recommend coming to this place at all if you want poorly cooked food and a terrible experience with their service.

Waited about a hour and a half for our food and when we went and complained about the wait we were told the food would be coming out shortly and still sat there waiting. The manger did nothing to fix the situation and left it to the server who figure out the hold up on everything. Once our food finally did arrive it was room temperature.
