Toast 101 definitely caters to the Instagram crowd, but the food holds its own. We ordered the veggie skillet/hash and chicken + waffles. Both were delicious and our server was very attentive. The only negative was someone was mopping the floor while we were there and the strong smell of clearer was overwhelming.
Walked right in, seated right away, staff was welcoming and quick with coffee and my order, a little too quick. I ordered one of the skillet scrambles with chicken fried steak and 2 eggs over easy. It came already cut into small pieces (OK, I expected an actual steak, but ok). The eggs were grossly under cooked. Like they had been dropped in the pan and instantly flipped before the whites even set. Over easy is runny yolk not runny whites. The potatoes were cold and the gravy...
